1. Okapiland Explorer
   • Download Okapiland Explorer okapic.exe.
   • Execute the file to install Okapiland Explorer.
2. IE Okapiland Search Toolbar (IE Okapibar)
   • Download IE Okapibar ieokapic.exe.
   • Execute the file to install IE Okapibar. If the toolbar does not appear in IE, click the menu bar by the right button and select the Okapiland.
3. FireFox Okapiland Search Toolbar (Firefox Okapibar)
   • Download FireFox Okapibar ftokapic.exe.
   • Execute the file to install FireFox Okapibar.
4. FireFox Okapiland Plugin with Okapiland Explorer
   • Download FireFox Okapiland Plugin with Okapiland Explorer ffokapic.exe.
   • Execute the file to install FireFox Okapiland Plugin with Okapiland Explorer. Click the icon in Firefox search bar and select the Okapiland in the menu. If FireFox is installed in custom mode or you do not have the right to write the area of Firefox, here to install only the Search Plugin.

Operation

1. IE Okapiland Search Toolbar (IE Okapibar)
   1. Initial View
      
      • The input of keyword and Enter key executes YahooCPM.
      • The input of Enter key displays the initial page.
      • The icon button selects a search engine.
   2. YahooCPM Search
      • Web search and News Search.
2. Firefox Okapiland Search Toolbar (Firefox Okapibar)
   1. Initial View
      
      • The input of keyword and Enter key executes YahooCPM.
      • The icon button selects a search engine.
      • The click of hyperlinks in the search result displays in new tab.
   2. YahooCPM Search
      • Web search and News Search.
3. Firefox Okapiland Search Plugin
   1. Initial View
      
      • The input of keyword and Enter key executes YahooCPM.
      • The input of Enter key displays the initial page.
      • The icon displays a menu to select a search engine.
   2. YahooCPM Search
      • Web search.
4. Okapiland Explorer
   1. Startup
      • http://localhost/ displays the initial page.
   2. Initial Page of Web Search
      
      • Yahoo search is displayed. Keyword input and the search result is displayed. The operation is same as regular search. A difference is to display linked pages as a composite page instead of the links and text.
      • The checkbox Highlight switches to highlight the key words in the pages displayed.
      • The checkbox Compact switches the layout between one row and two rows.
      • The icon is displayed when dynamic contents, e.g. Applet or Flash, are impororted.
   3. YahooCPM Search
      • Web search and News Search.

Shutdown

1. Okapiland Explorer
   • Select "Exit" in the context menu of the icon in the task tray.

Uninstallation

1. Okapiland Explorer
   • Uninstall "okapic" by "Add or Remove Application" in the control panel.
2. Firefox Okapiland Search Toolbar (Firefox Okapibar)
   • Firefox Okapibar is necessary to remove in manual. Select the menu Tools>Extensions, select the toolbar and click the uninstall button.
