Iran is a country located in West Asia. It is borderd by Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iraq, Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Afghanistan, and by the Caspian Sea to the north and by the Persian Gulf to the south. There is the Kavir desert in the nort and the Lut desert in the south. The following shows the distribution of animals in Iran.
